Bomb Farm XP sharing and Market changes

Updated 2026-09-01

On this page

Bomb Farm now shares XP between fighting heroes by default, gives Battle a hero-details panel, and lets players bring Steam purchases into the game before unlocking selling. Guaranteed drops are now Soulbound, while Return Bonus and Boosts add together.

These changes were announced on August 31, 2026 at 16:10 UTC. Check the XP setting if you are leveling a new hero, and the transfer rules if you have bought or exported an item.

Share XP between fighting heroes

With Share XP enabled, each destroyed block's XP is divided equally among the heroes in Battle. A new hero can therefore gain XP alongside stronger heroes without needing to land the final hit itself. Heroes waiting outside the field do not receive a share.

Turn sharing off if you want the hero that breaks the block to receive all of its XP. There is a 60-second cooldown between changes, so choose the setting for the group you are currently leveling rather than repeatedly toggling it.

The new collapsible hero panel shows the name, Rank, level, Energy, and Power of every hero in Battle. Click a hero to open its full details. This is also a useful check when someone you expected to be working is missing; the beginner guide explains enabling heroes and filling field slots.

Bring purchases in before unlocking sales

You can bring an item purchased on Steam into the game even before completing 5-10 on Easy. Clearing that stage or having an active VIP Pass is still required for selling.

The Bring from Steam panel now identifies objects you previously sent to Steam. Bring All skips those exports, but you can bring them back individually. Check that distinction before treating an item left behind by the bulk action as lost.

See Steam Market access and transfers for the two directions of transfer and the separate eligibility checks.

Guaranteed drops are bound, and bonuses add

Drops awarded after an extended period without rewards are now Soulbound. Regular random drops remain tradable under the other eligibility rules. This change does not say that every bound object can be sold: fusion and the Star Ritual still have different effects on binding.

Return Bonus and Boosts are now added together. The developer gives +80% plus +100% = 2.8× as an example. Use the current Map values when comparing stages instead of multiplying those two bonuses into 3.6×.

New accounts no longer receive the VIP trial

The 8-hour VIP Pass trial has been removed for new accounts. Trial time granted before the change remains active until it expires. A first-session video showing free VIP time may therefore show a benefit a new account no longer receives.

The update also improves automatic reconnection after a failed connection attempt, which could previously interrupt farming. If your mine stops, check the connection notice and whether Battle resumes before assuming the squad needs different equipment.
