Understand hero roles, natural attributes, and permanent Birth Rank.
Replacing a hero and keeping a squad working are different problems. Start with the one you are facing:
- Two heroes, different letters
- Compare rarity and actual attributes before Birth Rank. The letter measures the natural roll within a rarity, not the strength of every hero in the game. Compare the cards.
- A squad that cannot keep going
- Check who is working, resting, or disabled before replacing a useful hero. Check House and team rotation.
- A hero worth keeping, but the wrong ability
